Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the professional event equipment rental services (sound, lighting, staging, video, special effects, furniture) provided by Nolimits Prod to its clients, individuals or businesses, in Morocco. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Quotes and orders
Each service is subject to a custom quote drawn up after a technical assessment of the needs and, if necessary, a site visit. The quote is valid for [TO BE COMPLETED: duration, e.g. 30 days] from its issue date. The order is considered firm upon receipt of the signed quote and the deposit provided for in Article 3.
3. Booking and deposit
The booking of equipment and the technical team is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of [TO BE COMPLETED: percentage, e.g. 30%] of the total quote amount. The balance is due [TO BE COMPLETED: terms, e.g. on delivery / within X days after the event].
4. Delivery and installation
Nolimits Prod handles delivery, installation and teardown of the equipment at the dates and times agreed with the client. The client agrees to ensure access to the event venue within the timeframe required for proper technical setup.
5. Use and return of equipment
The rented equipment remains the exclusive property of Nolimits Prod. The client agrees to use it in accordance with its intended purpose and not to sublet, lend or move it without prior agreement. The equipment is returned at the end of the service by the Nolimits Prod technical team, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
6. Liability and insurance
Nolimits Prod implements all technical and human resources necessary for the proper execution of the service. In the event of damage, loss or theft of equipment attributable to the client or third parties present at the event venue during the service, compensation may be requested based on the replacement value of the equipment concerned.
7. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. [TO BE COMPLETED: cancellation scale based on notice period before the event, e.g. — more than 30 days: deposit refunded minus X% administrative fee — between 30 and 8 days: 50% of deposit withheld — less than 8 days: deposit non-refundable].
8. Rates and payment

9. Force majeure
Nolimits Prod cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, administrative decisions, general strikes, or any event reasonably beyond its control.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have sole jurisdiction.
